MATT'S BOURBON BALLS

If horse racing is the Sport of Kings, I think that Bourbon Balls
should be their dessert

INGREDIENTS

Mixture No. 1
   2 cups crumbled Vanilla Wafers
   2 cups chopped nuts
   2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa

Mixture No. 2
   3 tablespoons white Karo corn syrup
1/2 cup bourbon

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir No. 2 mixture into No. 1 mixture.  Form into balls.

Put in bags or bowls.  Coat with powdered sugar, if necessary. 

Refrigerate for three days.
